to our free publications.
You will have all the yellow space to
yourself, up to two A4-sized pages of text typed in font size
10 (as seen here). We are not going to add advertising banners or
anything else to this page that would distract readers from the
content of your copy. This is YOUR PLACE to shine!
Since we are only going to transfer the text
from the body of your email or from an attached Word document into a
space like this, we kindly request that you provide it readily
formatted including hyperlinks and bookmarks to publish.
Please remember though that EXTERNAL links are only permitted within
your text, if they connect to non-commercial web pages or
websites not promoting your own business activities. If you
would like to include links to your own commercial web pages,
then these either have to be hosted by Web-doS or at least be
promoted under the paid advertising pages of WebITNamibia.com. You
are however welcome to include links to any of the
hosted domains
and sub-domains
found within
WebITNamibia.com as such links will be internal ones
only.
Our FREE publications DO NOT serve as a platform for free
advertising ... hence we count on your consideration and fairness
towards our customers who pay for having their web pages hosted,
listed and promoted by us.
 Please indicate
within your text, with boxes similar to the one on the left or
clearly marked otherwise, where you would like to see your images
placed - up to a maximum of 5 photos. In order for the
pictures to appear in the correct context, you would also have to
stipulate the appropriate image file name next to each insertion
mark.
Your photos should preferably be emailed to us as attachments (and
not already placed within the text), as they will require some
preparation work for going online. This mainly concerns reducing
their dimensions and/or KB size. We might also do some editing, in
case this can further improve the image quality. For this to be
successful, however, you would have to send us images in rather
large file sizes, preferably between 250-800KB at a minimum
resolution of 96 dpi.
We don't mind receiving larger picture files, as we are online 24/7
but you might like to consider upload times, if sending your email
to us via a dial-up Internet connection.
Once you compiled everything for your
publication, please send it by email - together with you full
name and contact details - to:
web-it@iway.na
We will take care of the rest, and within about one week you should
be able to see your contribution published online.

P. S.: Even though we only mentioned "Word
document" above in conjunction with your copy submission, - which is
commonly understood as deriving from Microsoft's Word application -,
we can in fact also handle text documents created with Open Source
Office running under Linux.
